Every client Must come to appointment with a clean face and no make-up, If there is eyeliner , eyeshadow That’s and additional $50.00 charge to the service .Due to this takes extra time out of the lash time service .
Please be mindful no energy drinks or coffee before your appointment this makes you jittery and unable to relax with your eyes closed. If we must reschedule there a $50.00 fee. Due to you reserved an appointment and the service couldn’t be completed.
Make sure your comfortable wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket incase our studio is too cold.
Ensure you turn off your cellphone your eyes will be closed the entire time of the service.
Ensure you use the restroom prior to your lash session .
Post Care Instructions: We require that you do not go to and saunas or swimming. You are required to wash your lashes once a day to prevent oils and dirt that breaks down the lashes. We suggest you purchase sleep masks or silk pillowcase to prevent from bending your lashes. Try rolling your pillow under neck or sleeping on your back.
Do not pull or tug at your lashes this can damage them.
Avoid Mascara due to this clumps the lashes we have lash tint that can be added to the service. No eyelash Curlers.
•Cancelations: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel 24 hours Prior to appointment will result in a charge of $50 no deposit refundable. Canceling with the time frame is a charge, Due to we cant accommodate customers on a waitlist with a short notice. We need the time to fill the existing appointment.
•No-shows: No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No exceptions.
•Late Arrivals: It is important that you arrive at your appointment on time. However, if you are running late your appointment will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time. If you are past 15minutes you will have to reschedule. There is a $50.00 fee .
•Sick: If you are feeling under the weather and its 24hour priors you can go online to Vagaro.com to cancel your appointment. In the event its after business hours and we are closed.
•Refunds: Here at Nichole Grays Lash Studio we will not offer refunds for any reason. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you’re unhappy with your service, please let me know within 72 hours after your appointment and I will do what I can to fix the problem.
